Wellbian Labs
Wellbian (WLBN)
A global private weather observation network built around Genesis holders
A plan for 1,000,000 observation sites, starting with indoor air quality
Why Indoor
We start where the map is empty
| Item | Outdoor weather stations | Indoor air quality Us |
| Existing observation density | Saturated · about 250K sites | Sparse · effectively untapped |
| Installation barrier | Outdoor mounting · siting constraints | A power outlet is enough |
| Data buyers | Weather services · media | Manufacturers · builders · insurers · public sector |
| Measurements | Temperature · precipitation · wind | Particulates · CO₂ · VOC · temperature & humidity |
Built on KWeather
Most projects that build a new observation network collect data first and look for buyers later. Funding runs dry and participants leave in the meantime. Here, the sales channels and customers of an existing weather business come first, and the observation sites are added on top.
Phase 1
25,000sites
Korea, indoor · Genesis round 1 + general sale round 2
Expansion
Indoor → outdoor
Outdoor line offered to existing holders first
End goal
1M sites
One integrated network, indoor included
02
Principle
One rule - fixed quantities
What we promise 7 tokens per day ← the count is exactly as pre-announced
What we do not promise what those tokens are worth ← the market decides
| Item | If it were value-based | Fixed quantity (WLBN) |
| Payout unit | "So much worth per day" - the count changes daily | "7 per day" - the count is fixed |
| If the price falls | payout count goes up - emission spikes, a vicious circle | count unchanged · emission unchanged |
| If the price rises | fewer tokens paid, no upside for participants | count unchanged · participants gain |
| Total emission | unpredictable | fixed at 2.665B over 10 phases |
| Nature of the payment | implies a value guarantee | consideration for supplying data |
To be clear
We neither guarantee nor prove the value of the token. We only pay a fixed number of tokens,
and the price is set by the people who trade them on exchanges. Nowhere in this document is there a target price, a yield, or a payback period.

Genesis Package
What a Genesis holder receives
① Indoor air quality monitor
Physical device
Measures PM · CO₂ · VOC · temperature & humidity · remains a physical asset
② Private weather station licence

Quality-graded · steps down 22% per phase
④ Priority to buy into follow-on projects
A place in line
Outdoor line offered first · a place in line, not a revenue right
| Sales round | Timing | Price | Purchase limit |
| Round 1 Genesis sale | 2026-09-15 · reservations Sep 7-14 | 450 RLUSD · KRW 750,000 list 650 RLUSD | 10 per account |
| Round 2 general sale | From 2026-10-03 09:00 KST until stock runs out | 650 RLUSD · KRW 1,083,000 | 10 per individual · dealers 100+ units 30% off |
| Purchase limit 10 per individual · dealers buying 100+ units cumulatively get 30% off · an NFT issued but not yet installed still earns a fixed daily reward |
04
Rewards
Daily reward - steps down 22% per phase
Daily reward = base 7 × 0.78^(phase−1) × quality grade (0 to 1.2)
Defined purely in quantity, independent of price.
| Phase | Daily base | Monthly | Yearly | vs Phase 1 | Phase emission | Cumulative received by entry point |
| 1 Korea indoor | 7.00 | 213 | 2,555 | 100% | 64M | 10,646 Genesis |
| 3 | 4.26 | 130 | 1,554 | 61% | 187M | 6,098 57% |
| 5 | 2.59 | 79 | 946 | 37% | 331M | 3,331 31% |
| 7 | 1.58 | 48 | 575 | 23% | 374M | 1,647 15% |
| 10 | 0.75 | 23 | 273 | 11% | 273M | - |
| Cumulative emission over 10 phases - round 1 1B (Phase 1-5) + round 2 (Phase 6-10) | 2.665B | Genesis = 6.5× the quantity of Phase 7 |
The Genesis advantage is stated in quantity only
A Genesis holder receives 6.5× the quantity of Phase 7of a Phase 7 participant. Not only because they join earlier, but because the quantity paid per phase itself decreases. What that quantity will be worth later is not something we can say.
05
Quality Gate
Quality and redistribution - fixed budget, competitive allocation
Epoch budget = active sites × 7.14 WLBN × phase factor. First pass: normal 7 · excellent 8.4 · below threshold 0
Redistribution: unpaid balance shared by weight · cap 10.5 per site · excess burned
| Below-threshold rate | Valid sites | Unpaid | Normal final | Excellent final | Burn | Total paid |
| 0% | 100 | 0 | 7.00 | 8.40 | 0 | 714 |
| 10% | 90 | 71.4 | 7.78 | 9.33 | 0 | 714 |
| 20% | 80 | 142.8 | 8.75 | 10.50 cap | 0 | 714 |
| 40% | 60 | 285.6 | 10.50 | 10.50 | 84 | 630 |
| In every row, total paid + burn = budget. The worse the quality, the lower the total emission. |
Payout conditions
Transmission rate 95%+ full above 95% · linear reduction 80-95% · nothing below 80%
Excellence bonus
Data quality +1.4 for the top 10% - not where the air is clean but where the measurement is accurate
Fraud prevention
The installation photo is the entry gate · ongoing verification uses the daily CO₂ cycle pattern
06
Data Product
Data needs context to be sellable
"PM2.5 32 µg" means nothing on its own. 32 µg at "3rd floor · cafe · 60 m² · 8 people · natural ventilation"is what becomes a product.
| # | 9 required fields | # | 9 required fields |
| 1 | Space type Residential · office · cafe · education · medical · childcare | 6 | Ventilation Natural · mechanical · central HVAC · none |
| 2 | District Administrative district - not a street address | 7 | Cooking None · electric · gas |
| 3 | Floor Basement N / floor N | 8 | Smoking No smoking · allowed · smoking area nearby |
| 4 | Floor area Pick a range | 9 | Mounting position Height + interference sources within 3 m |
| 5 | Usual occupancy Pick a range | - | All multiple choice · no "don't know" option |
Hard stop
At registration, leaving any field empty blocks the next step. No skipping, no defaults. While incomplete, rewards do not start.
Post-hoc consistency check
Declared values are compared with sensor patterns. An "office" that shows the same CO₂ pattern on weekendsis flagged as a mismatch and asked to re-verify.
Privacy principles
We do not collect street addresses. Installation photos are taken in-app only, people, faces and screens are masked on the device before upload, and originals are destroyed after verification. Data is sold only when at least 5 sites share the same attribute combination, and only as that combination.

Allocation
Allocation of the 10B total
| Bucket | Quantity | Share | Unlock conditions · vesting |
| Node holder rewards, tranche 1 Phase 1~5 | 1B | 10% | Fixed quantities emitted every epoch · Phase 1-5 total ≈ 968M |
| Node holder rewards, tranche 2 Phase 6~ | 3.6B | 36% | Opens as phase gates are passed after tranche 1 is spent · unopened amounts convert to burn |
| Scheduled burn | 1.5B | 15% | Tranche schedule to be announced separately |
| Strategic round reserve | 1B | 10% | Reserved for future strategic rounds · locked until allocated · terms published on allocation |
| Staking pool | 800M | 8% | Mechanism to be announced |
| Team · contributors | 600M | 6% | 12-month cliff + 48-month linear · full schedule published |
| Ecosystem · regional partners | 500M | 5% | Conditional unlock at each regional-entry milestone |
| Strategic · private | 500M | 5% | Vesting per investment contract · seed round: 10% at once + 5% monthly in months 7-24 · schedule published |
| Liquidity · reserve | 500M | 5% | Initial pool deposit and additional deposits |
| Total | 10B | 100% | All 10B issued at Genesis · no further issuance planned · the issuer account is not blackholed |
08
Burn
Burn - 15% scheduled + revenue-linked buybacks
Scheduled burn
1.5B WLBN
15% of total supply · tranches announced separately
Buyback burn
Revenue-linked
Device sales 10% · access pass sales 10% · data revenue 50% buy WLBN on the market, then burn it
Execution
Monthly
Bought quantity, price and transactions published
| Rule | Detail |
| Revenue-linked | Buyback size is set by revenue ratios - no market intervention to hit a circulation target |
| Burn everything bought back | Buying back to resell is not support, it is wash trading |
| Burn the quality shortfall | Anything above the redistribution cap is burned, not paid |
| Burn the unopened tranche 2 | Tranche-2 rewards left unopened at an unpassed gate become burn |
| Publish monthly | Executed monthly · bought quantity, price and transactions are published |
How we talk about burns
"This quarter: 90M emitted · 110M burned" - in quantities only . We never say "burns push the price up" - that is an unverifiable claim.
09
Milestones
Milestone gates - by achievement, not by calendar
| Gate | Supply condition | Demand condition | Reward weight | Burn | Exchange |
| G0 Pre-launch | Registration & verification system | 1 paying customer | - | - | - |
| G1 Genesis launch | Intake opens | - | Quality | None | - |
| G2 Liquidity secured | Initial batch sold | - | Quality | None | XRPL DEX pool opens |
| G3 Demand proven | 5,000 NFTs | 3 B2B deals + repeat purchase | + Scarcity | None | Additional liquidity deposit |
| G4 Sold out | 25,000 NFTs · 80% uptime for 3 months | Domestic revenue | Quality + scarcity | None | Additional liquidity deposit |
| G5 First overseas | 60,000 | Overseas revenue | Same | None | Regional exchanges considered |
| G6 Outdoor line | 120K | KRW 1B annual revenue | + Real usage | None | - |
| G7 Burns begin | 220K | KRW 2B annual revenue | All three | Begins | - |
| G8 Transition | 350K | KRW 4B annual revenue | Same | In earnest | - |
| G9 Self-sustaining | 650K | Business revenue funds all rewards | Same | Acceleration | Global exchanges considered |
| G10 Maturity | 1M | Surplus revenue | Same | Max | - |
| If a demand condition is not met, the next gate does not open. The response to a shortfall is holding the next phase and cutting emission. |
10
Self-Sufficiency
From subsidy to customer money
Early rewards are funded by the company ← a subsidised business ↓ the goal: rewards funded by customer revenue ← an infrastructure business
| Stage | sites | Phase emission | Funding |
| Phases 1-4 | 25K → 220K | Rising | Subsidy - covered by hardware business revenue |
| Phases 5-6 | 350K → 500K | Peaks, then falls | Transition - largely covered by data revenue |
| Phase 7 onward | 650K → | Keeps falling | Self-sustaining - fully covered by customer revenue · surplus is burned |
Why the curves cross
Emission peaks at Phase 6 and declines because of the 22% step-down, while data revenue keeps growing with the number of sites. From the point where the curves meet, rewards are paid from customer money, not from new participants.
Stating the assumption
The break-even point depends on the data unit price, which is still being validated. It will be recomputed after Phase 1 contracts confirm it.
This is presented as a target, not a promise.
11
Operations
Operating principles and disclosure policy
Liquidity priorities
| ① Market depth | Permanent · everyone who trades |
| ② Buyback burn | Permanent · every remaining holder |
| ③ Additional deposits | Added to the pool from the liquidity reserve |
10% of device sales, 10% of access pass sales and 50% of data revenue buy back and burn WLBN, executed monthly.
Payment structure
| Enterprise customers | KRW · RLUSD |
| AI agents | Automatic payment |
| Inside the protocol | Part of revenue buys WLBN |
We do not ask customers to buy the token in order to pay. Allocation ratios are announced in advance.
| Item | Public | Not public |
| Liquidity pool | balance on-chain at all times · deposit rules · monthly buyback and burn records | - |
| Vesting | full schedule · unlock amounts and dates | - |
| Rewards | quantities paid · quality criteria · redistribution results | - |
| A published bid is a free put option for the market, so the money flows to short-term traders rather than long-term holders. |
Five things we do not do
Use node count as a KPI · Open the next phase without demand · List on centralized exchanges before demand is proven · Pay every data point the same · Make the subsidy permanent
12
Risks
Risks you should know
| Risk | What can go wrong | Response |
| Price volatility | The quantity you receive is fixed, but its value goes up and down. The downside is borne entirely by the holder | Fixed quantities · no value guarantee |
| Business shortfall | If data does not sell, the next phase stays closed and reward quantities shrink | Demand conditions written into every gate · emission cut on shortfall |
| Operating duty | Installed sites that stop operating are not paid. NFTs awaiting installation receive a fixed daily amount. Below 80% transmission is also unpaid | Graded payouts · criteria published in advance |
| Early market conditions | Right after launch the market is thin, so small trades can move the price a lot | Initial pool deposit, then additional deposits · large trades handled separately |
| Regulatory change | Digital-asset rules differ by jurisdiction and change | Local rules are reviewed region by region to decide whether and how to enter |
| Privacy | Indoor data can be re-identifiable in certain combinations | No street addresses · combinations sold only with 5+ sites |
This is not investment advice
This document explains the terms of network participation and the reward quantity structure. It does not solicit investment or promise returns.
It gives no target price, yield or payback period, and the market price of the token is not something we set or guarantee.

Summary
What we promise,
and what we do not
We promise
per day 7 tokens - exactly the pre-announced quantity
Over 10 phases 2.665B tokens cap
Total supply 10B tokens · all issued at Genesis
Scheduled burn 15% + revenue-linked buybacks · published monthly
Liquidity pool balance always visible on-chain
Vesting full schedule published
We do not promise
the token's price
yield · payback period
the pool's trading price
that value will rise or hold
The market price is set by the people who trade.
We only pay a fixed number of tokens.
The metrics we watch
Not the token price but sell-out · uptime · data revenue. If sales fall short of target, we cut emission rather than defend the price.
